Shower Leak Repair – Thornton
Here’s how we helped a homeowner in Thornton address an ongoing shower leak and prevent further moisture damage.
Background
Ongoing dampness around the shower area was becoming a regular issue after use, with moisture lingering on the bathroom floor longer than expected. Unsure whether the problem was minor or something more serious, the homeowner contacted our team to have the shower properly assessed.
Inspection and Diagnosis
After inspecting the shower area, we identified signs that water was escaping where it should have been contained. While the shower itself remained in usable condition, the existing finishes were no longer providing an effective seal. A targeted repair approach was recommended to resolve the leak without unnecessary work.
Our Solution
We carried out the required shower repair work to improve water containment and reduce ongoing moisture issues. The solution was selected based on the condition of the shower and aimed at delivering a reliable, long-term outcome.
Result
The shower is now properly sealed, with no further signs of water escaping into the bathroom. The homeowner can use the space confidently, knowing the issue has been addressed and the risk of future water damage reduced.
